Looks like a slighter warmer, but grey, grey day on Saturday. Perfect for a spin over to Peaslake to tackle some of them there hills. Anyone welcome, assuming you're able to hold the average speed listed below.
We wait for everyone at the top of hills and will (time depending) stop for tea and cake at Box.
Here's what to expect:
- Meet 8 am at Richmond Gate by the white building on the left if you're leaving the park
- 60 miles / 100 km into Surrey Hills
- 16-18 mph average - 20+ mph on the flat
- We'll wait at the top of hills to regroup
- There'll be a cafe stop - probably at the top of Box Hill
Probably an 8am start. Maybe 8.30.

I'm in and am OK for 8am. Remember lights as it's gonna be pretty gloomy at that time in the morning especially with the cloud cover.0

I'm up for it - and should be able to make the 8am start too....would be good to head out for a longer ride again.
