Help please, not for me, for one of my club mates, was knocked off from behind (he is fine), woman admitted at fault, however as you would expect her insurance company are dragging their feet and doing as little as possible, makes it harder my mate as he is only in CTC and their legal is well eh not good, whereas BC legal Dept would take this on.
I know there are some good cycle specialist ones out there but want a recommend or a name please.

thank you

I always thought the CTC prided itself on its legal team? Why are they so pants? Not knowing the exact circumstances of the accident makes it hard to see why they would be so awful.

    Tch, women drivers though...

Who I got from British Cycling for both my accidents. The woman dealing with my claim has been excellent :)

I'm surprised that you think CTC legal is not very good. I got hit by a car a few years ago sustaining a broken femur amongst other injuries and I was happy with the representation from Paul Kitson at RJW. Would be interested to know what your poor opinion of them is based upon.

Alyson France, Bikeline. Done the biz when I had misfortune to be in a position where I car wanted the bit of tarmac I was on.

I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

thanks all, the two above are well known to me but I could not remember the names, the quote below is what my mate said to me. I will forward on to him.

"i'm struggling with my claim against the other parties insurance who are being very obstructive.
Bearing in mind she ran into the back of me and admitted full responsibility.

Just spoke to the CTC legal Dept, who offered no help at all."

I'm BC Gold, my club has yearly problems with CTC membership department, every year and same issues, total lack of communication, unannounced changes left right and centre, not following our instructions, if their legal is anything to go by.

Is this a coded ad for a hitman? "need a solicitor knocked off"

Very good. If you find a shootah then let me know as there are a few solicitors that I would like adding to the list ;)

What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!
