Someone's locked their bike to mine - help!

    Friend of mine had the police knock on his door and say "We believe you have something of ours." He couldn't really say very much as his wheel, complete with clamp, was just inside the front door.
    This was a very long time ago and he was driving a Marina. The wheel was so skinny he could get a spanner behind the clamp to take the wheel off.

    I would take it as a compliment, any testosterone in that situation would almost certainly have made it all more heated, I'd have cut the lock off first day.
