Whyte T120 Hubs-Adaptable?

Hi
I have a Whyte T120, 2011, amazing bike! The hubs are unbranded and currently run a 20 maxle front, 12mm maxle rear.
Is it possible to convert the hubs to say 15mm maxle front, QR rear or indeed any other standard. If so, where do I get the adaptors?
My LBS has contacted Whyte, but didn't get a straightforward answer, but they understood some owners had done it. My thinking is the hubs are made for them and are probably sold as another brand and so it may well be possible.
Somebody must have done this. It would be great if it were possible as I could run two entirely different wheel/tyre combos between two bikes.
All help welcome!

unbranded stuff generally the answer is no.

But there are parts out there that can be bought or made that can aid some changes.

changing hub width is generally not possible.

Aren't Superstar hubs adaptable between pretty much all standards/widths? If I knew the Whyte hubs were for example the same as Superstar's then that would be problem solved!

N0, I appreciate they may not be the same as Superstar. But it is likely they are manufactured by an outside company that also produces hubs for other brands. If it could be established that the Whyte hub is the same as brand X, or brand Y, which are adaptable then it is highly possible the Whyte hub is also adaptable.
Does anyone know if adaptors from other manufacturers will fit?
