Yes, it was fun apart from my chain-off.. prefer warm and wet to dry and freezing though...

Wind and snow for me. Not been commuting on the bike much due to wife breaking foot so me becoming part-time taxi/ambulance driver. A ride on Marathon Winters into a strong headwind in snow wasn't the gentle return I was hoping for....

  • Fastest ever commute today. Don't know why but really enjoyed it, once I'd accepted that staying dry wasn't going to happen!

How the "drying room" does it's magic during the day though, as climbing back into wet gear won't be too pleasant.

The riding in the rain is fine.

    It's arriving wet that I can't stand.

  • Got drenched this morning but loved it!

Got everything pegged out under my desk with the fan blowing on it...will take a few hours but will be dry before I leave for home!

No I hate the wet, I wear specs so my visibility is reduced, pedestrians stick their heads under umbrella's and step of pavements willy nilly and whilst I get changed once I get to work, having wet feet and legs isn't my idea of fun. Give me cold & dry anyday

Definitely cold and dry over wet (warm or otherwise). For some reason I always feel faster in the cold and dry - it's as if the denser air gives more oxygen to my cigar raddled lungs. :-D
