loose exposure helmet mount

Hi just after some advice I bought the above mount last weekend. After one ride the ball joint has worked loose and does not support my light. Any advice on how to stiffen or should i just try and get a replacement.

    Go for a replacement.
    From experience, their customer service is very good.

    Are you using it with a proper exposure light? If so it serves you right for paying 4x what you should of.
