Hebden Cord Cycling trousers

I've got an old pair of these that have seen years of sterling service but are getting tatty now and I caught Mrs WBW trying to throw them out. Not sure if they are even made any more. Any idea where I might find some?
Nobody told me we had a communication problem

    I'm afraid the company ceased trading in around 2006. The factory has been derelict ever since, and there is some discussion locally about what should be done with it.

    Thanks HB - I feared as much.

    A great shame, because I love mine. I blame all you lycra warriors (and Wiggle of course) for the decline of this great british institution. The Cords were great for commuting and even better for touring. :(

    Now, does anyone know where I can get a tight fitting jacket....

    I'm joking - even I wouldn't wear a tweed jacket (unless it had leather patches on the elbows and matched my deerstalker of course.

    maybe they will do one with windproof panels and a rear pocket?
