Dt Swiss fork problem ?

Having only ridden 150 mile max since the last full service the fork has a knocking on the rebound.tried all sorts of pressures and compression settings and they still knock,even worse when the forks locked out.Can or is it known for a service to be guarenteed or is it just hard luck on me and im due the cost of another high priced service,approx £110 inc postage.Cheers any feedback appreciated.

    Recon its straight back to whoever serviced it. Sounds like they messed it up.
