There are 2 main styles of Jockeys, the older SRAM where the bolt hole is offset within the centre and the later SRAM/Shimano ones, earlier (pre 9 speed) Shimano's sometimes had a different number of teeth, but this can be worked around!
If yours is late SRAM then these will fit, as will any 11t centre bolt style.
How many options do you want?

Tacx have a good rep for producing a cheap but reliable product.

I got some rather nice alloy sealed bearing ones for £10 from the bike show. They were from NRG4, made by Aerozine. Not sure if you can find a dealer near or online, but their webby is http://nrg4.co.uk/A Flock of Birds

Don't buy the SRAM ones though - they're absolutely useless. I found that they were seizing up after every winter ride and the bearings wear out incredible quickly.
The KCNC jockey wheels are fantastic. See here for details. I see there are now other cheaper ones on eBay that look very similar to the KCNC wheels, but I do wonder if the bearings are the same quality.
I've had mine for nearly a year now and they never seize and are still running smooth. They have transformed the SRAM X9 derailleur.0
