New Headset

Hi folks. Just a simple one I think... The bearings have gone in my headset. I've searched around the web but can't find new one's for love nor money. The spec on my bike says it's a FSA No.10 semi-Integrated so I'm looking to just replace it with a new one. Do I need to use the same type of headset(semi intergrated) or could I just get any. Money is very tight so the cheapest option would be best. Any suggestions would be great.
Many thanks
Dave

Can you not get replacement bearings for the existing one?
Otherwise, any semi-integrated will fit, BUT, they may have a different stack height. This PROBABLY won't matter. The safest answer is "fit the same again".

When you replace it put plenty of grease in it as I found even new bike headsets are stingey on the greaseMy 2012 Cube LTD http://www.bikeradar.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=128035930
