Hi Guys,
Has anyone seen this tool that has been used in this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZEl3yh0Cos
It looks like a fairly simple but effective tool to hold you canti's in place while you adjust them, however i cannot find it on the net. Does anybody know what the name of it is or maybe where you can get one that is similiar?
Cheers
Jim

Oh I've got one of those. It's called a "wife"
You can also use a "friend" or a "family member" to complete the same task. If you don't have access to any of those then you can use a "complete stranger" but results vary. Good luck0 -

What's that like? I have the cheaper version, a "4YearOldSon". Only cost me the free Haribos from Wiggle.
Wasn't this featured in this months C+ ? Billed as something like "one of those tools you never realised existed but now can't live without".“Training is like fighting with a gorilla. You don’t stop when you’re tired. You stop when the gorilla is tired.”0 -
right thanks for that.0

Don't you have a spare Terminator tucked away who can do it for you?
Mind you, after 30 years it's probably all it's good for; all that '120 years on my existing power cell' spiel was a load of rubbish IMO, never got mine to go more than a few months between charges.- - - - - - - - - -

It's simply a version of a third hand tool - http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/third-hand-b ... -prod1794/
BITD an old toe strap would be used to do much the same thing.0
