I've just tried nationwide as I do actually need to pay a bill tonight and that isn't working either.

I had an email from the saying that the security for my account had been breached and I was to re-enter all my details.
Very odd as I don't have an account with them. So I entered some random details and will try to withdraw the money out of that account tomorrow.

I tried to log into Lloyds TSB a week or so ago, and got a message asking for all manner of details which I wasn't about to give them !!

Uhhhh ohhhh.... yeah was running soooo slow before. Seems to be slowly coming back to life.

I just used barclays online successfully, about to try nationwide again.

Online security has become a bugbear of mine, it's gone from being remarkably slack at it's inception to now being a pain in the rear with all the extra questions, getting locked out of the accounts I don't use that often is occuring too much. Nationwide made me wonder in particular, it asked me a security question when I was already logged on and making a payment to the credit card tied to the main account...as if online fraudsters want to hack your account so they can pay your bills for you ffs.

Some a bit slow but I just put that down to my internal brain broadband.

If it's Virgin, it's probably because they've used up all their electric printing out mailshots for me saying that 'my street is connected' - I guess I've been getting one or two delivered by the postman per week for a few months. Perhaps I should have saved them all and posted them back so they could stoke their generator with them to get all you people back online.

Our virgin internet was playing up earlier on this evening. All fine now though. Other friends of mine reported the same problems.

Well I use a relatively small independent isp and I had the issues with online banking lastnight so is the banking system supported by Virgin Media? That doesn't make a lot of sense.
