Tapered to 1 1/8 headset options

What headsets allow me to run a straight 1"1/8 fork with a tapered 1"1/8 to 1.5" Headtube?
What I have found so far are the On-One Smoothie Mixer Tapered Headset and the Superstar Tapered Headset T4 - Taper Conversion (or at least I think they are what I want!).
Basically what other options do I have, and what do people recommend?

You can later fit a tapered fork with the same headset. Though you do need to get a different crown race for it, as it's supplied with the race for a straight 1"1/8 fork.
But there are obviously plenty of others.
