RockShox 150mm reveleation rlti dual air question

Just a quickie,


A friends thinking about getting at set of 150mm Reveleation RL Ti s for his Trance X3, however at 150mm I think they might be a bit too long and would void the warranty so the question is.

Can they be reduced to 140mm by means of the internal spacer?

Found a pair for £445.00, they seem like a bargain when compared to Fox!

Should be reducable with a 10mm all travel spacer.

Does he want QR lowers?

No mate, 15mm through axle.

I can't think of a reason not to get them really, price is good, they're supposedly stiffer than the Fox equivalent and the Black box damper is probably as good as anything Fox have to offer.

If they can be reduced by 10mm then I think it will be game on!

If they're proper after market ones they come with 1x10mm spacer and 2x20mm spacers in the box so you can run them at 100mm if you want, or any combo in between

Perhaps it comes with spacers to allow you to change height ? I honestly don't know, and have never seen the spacers for sale. I nearly got the above fork last year, but luckily found a Team U-Turn version in a local shop, and got that. Lovely forks Revs !!
