Lights..........!

+1 for the dealextreme lights. I (and a number of friends) run them, I've been running mine for 3 years with no noticeable degradation in battery life. Insanely bright and good run time, look for the ones that are sourced from a UK warehouse to reduce delivery time. I often have cars wait at junctions even though they have plenty of time to pull out, I guess they think I'm a motor bike! I even had some kids trying to push a shopping trolly into a river leg it when one of them shouted 'motor bike! run!'.

For a rear light I'd recommend an RSP Astrum, £13ish from ebay and you could use it as a front light if it wasn't red!!!
