So i seemed to have somehow been signed upto do the London 2 Brighton 100k....run/jog/walk

Need some advice, it starts on May 12th if i remember correctly so need to get into training for it.

I got a pretty good fitness level so far as i run and cycle quite a bit but i plan to try and jog/yomp this 100k rather than walk it.

Id like some advice on kit, mainly shoes to wear, if possible from somone who has done this before.

My idea atm is to use my Road shoes rather than trail shoes as trail shoes pretty much have 0 support compared to a nice pair of light road shoes which will not be mega heavy but have some support.

Other than that, i planning on using my Camel pack Mule as a backpack sinse there are stops along the 100k route and mainly going to be traveling quite light i imagine.

again any one who has done this or something simular very much interested to hear advice/kit suggestions..

All that remains is raise the £300+for it
