Reba Team Remote Lockout Removal

Hey Guys.
I've got a set of older Reba Team forks I'm looking to remove the remote lockout from.
Its the older remote, black and silver and I never use it so looking to revert it back to the standard lever on the fork leg.
What's required to swap this back over? would it just th ethe blue part, if so, where do I get one?
I'm going to give ther forks a full service next week, so they're gonn abe apart anyway...
