derailleur at a funny angle? (guidewheels)

so normally the rear derailliur/guidewheels sit like this:



note how the guidewheel sits below the mech/cassette

but now instead of pointing down.. the guidewheel is pointing backwards and sitting behind the derailliur!?!?

why is this?

I'd be more concerned about why those door handles don't match, or is it the light?

oh and nevermind.. figured it out being the genius that i am -> chain was on the little ring.. put it back on the big ring and the derailliur adjusts :oops:

yes.. but that's unrelated



thing is i've only ever had MTBs before.. and the longer derailliur makes the change less obvious (and i hardly ever - if at all - used the granny ring on my MTB)

so i get this shiney new bike and it doesn't look right... at least i figured it out myself in the end!
