hi, i wonder if you know if i can remove that bolts which keeps both parts of the caliper together with hydraulic pressure being on or i should first open and release the pressure and then replace bolts?

Don't touch it. What do you need to take it out for? You will need to re bleed the brakes completely if you loosen that..

They shouldn't be removed until the sytem is totally dismantled and drained of fluid. Why are you wanting to remove them?
