Which measurments to take, to determine correct size?

So im planning to order a cross bike from Rose, obviously cant see the bike in the flesh. So going to email them some measurements, so they can advise me on a size. Just wondered which measurements are important, inseem and height are the obvious ones, any others i should take?

Effective top tube length is the obvious other. This to me is the most important measurement on the bike0
