Replacent Shimano cassete sprockets

Hi, does anyone know where i can buy some replacement 11,12 + 14t sprockets for an XT cassette? All the otheres are good, so its a bit of a waste changing the whole thing! I know somewhere was doing them, but i cant remember where!
