Don't really know what youre reffering to?

You have a fork, a stanction (slightly scratched) and a max travel indicating rubber.

there is a lot of cable rub on some parts but on the fork leg around the seals there is quite a bit of damage also. looks like its been bashed around a bit.

yea get some protectors or hold that cable down in a neat place with some ties, i would clean up the areas around the paintwork and protect it from the nasty elements.
