Trek fuel ex6 relaxed ride or.

I've taken the trek fuel ex6 for a test ride and think it could be the bike for me. I want to use it for most things off road, but not big drop offs and down hill racing.
I just wondered if there were any other bikes around £1500 that you would consider. The bit I really liked was the relaxed geometry.

Giant Trance X3. It's another £150 but comes with much better suspension & a better frame.

giant trance X3 would be a good bike but i have a friend that hs a ex6 and he luvs it so id get the ex6 if you like it
