Morning Scumbags,
The frost that was threatened has stayed away (here at least). No rain and only a moderate breeze.
It's on.
Cold though, very cold.
Enjoy.

Heavy frost here yesterday and today. Went MTB yesterday morning, -4 average temp, had a great time.
I'm p155ed off this morning though! Decided to go to the gym this morning and do the spin class - it's only flippin full! All these idiots that join the gym for 1 month after Christmas and never go again! Arrrrrggghhh!
I'm going to have to buy rollers or a turbo and dump the gym membership!Summer - Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 9.0 Team
Winter - Trek Madone 3.5 2012 with UDi2 upgrade.

Just back from a quick 30 (i say quick 30, really it was a slow 30), heavy frost round here, so was painfully slow on some of the Country lanes, just couldn't keep my muscles warm for the second hour of the ride, it was energy sapping to say the least. Some lovely scenery to make up for it though.0

ah joy 180km this weekend - minimum temperature 14 deg - the wind was hellish though, and like a beach being blown across the road at times !http://veloviewer.com/SigImage.php?a=3370a&r=3&c=5&u=M&g=p&f=abcdefghij&z=a.png

Not ashamed, not hurt badly and just a numpty who should have stayed on the turbo that morning. Actually I went back on the turbo and did an hour and a half while watching last weeks Sherlock.
If it lets people have a snigger then I'm glad I can brighten up someone's day wee bit
Now, does anyone know a supplier of Capo cycling clothes in this country. I need a new top before my misses finds out I put a hole in the one she brought back from new York for me.0
