After much umming and arrring I have decided that I would like to get a full sized folding bike which would fit my needs perfectly as my commute is part car and part bike (need the bike to fit in the boot). I have decided to buy one of the Montague Pavement folding bike models but really not sure which I should go for as my researching is causing comflicting info in particular around hub gearing which I was origninally set on (mixed reviews about its reliability, and removing rear tyres in case of puncture is difficult) but haven't completely ruled it out. Main priority to get the best performing, reliable commuter bike out of the three below. I don't mind buying a pannier rack seperately and all three can take them. My commute is mainly flat.

So which out of these would you advise (it maybe possible to get either of the bikes a little more cheaply as I found on the net). Eg are the components in Montague Fit worth the extra money (technical specs tag under the link has the info on it)
