What you fools unto tonight then?

Today has been a good day sorting out wedding shizzle including my waistcoat, and also my mates booked me on the the Uplift at Bringewood next weekend! BOOM

Now take the Stumpy, granted, but take the pig as well?

Tonight has been weight session in the kitchen, squats and dead lifts, now time for a film, but what to watch!

    mate i would give them a miss to be honest as they are a bit over priced and not always the most helpful!

    bike shops in this order;

    Bike Bristol
    embassy house / queens ave / clifton / bristol / bs8 1sb
    Really helpful staff, and stock some good stuff as well, they even fixed my new bike twice for little to no cost there and then (new star nut and straightened the rear hanger)

    Muddock
    http://www.mud-dock.co.uk/cycleworks/index.html
    Good shop, great cafe, long serviced times though but brilliant wheel builders from experience (DT swiss rim built 1 year ago and after some serious abuse its still true!)

    Zero G Bedminster and Zero G Downend (bit out of the way)
    http://www.zerogcycles.com/
    mint, good service with the workshop (free removal of linkage bearings on the stumpy last year) and they sell some really good stuff and great bikes

    Psyclewerx
    http://www.psyclewerx.co.uk/
    These guys stock some trick bits, small shop but seems to be alright, heard the staff can be a bit funny with people but i've never had any problems

    Bike workshop
    http://www.bikeworkshop.co.uk/
    This is a cave of some amazing second hand bikes, they had a GT Zaskar LE (circa '90) in mint condition the other month for hardly any cash!

    thats about it, The others in bristol either;
    a) over priced
    or
    b) run by grumpy a-holes

    If you up for a ride out on a tuesday or thursday night give me a shout

    Good Evening Freaks!

    This evening, I've rewired the light in my son's bedroom after he blew all the electrics. He does have an electrician's certificate...

    Then been stripped this paint type substance from a pair of handgun grips. Bought a Umerex CP88 Competition for £10 at a carboot sale this morning. Looked crappy, but still works. Grips had this rubber type paint on them. As they're wood, they're worth stripping and re-staining.

    Also fixed the mudguard on the Focus, again... The bridge has to have an extension piece fitted to join it to the frame (where the rear brake would attach on a road bike). I've used Mecanno in the past, but they keep snapping, so got a thicker piece of steel and attacked it with the Dremel. But more robust (and obviously heavier), but should last the winter.

    Then watched both Ace Ventura films - 2 film boxset in Asda, £5. :D

    Can't think of a better use of time than watching these 2 comedy classics - absolutely mint!
    Current bike: 2014 Kinesis Racelight T2 - built by my good self!
