Made to measure helmet is there such a thing?
Would anyone know where I could get information.

Reasons I have a deformed/mishaped head, std Helmets just don't sit right.

i'd approach a manufacturer directly and perhaps they will make you a custom lining ?
alternatively a lining wouldn't be that hard to adapt, assuming full face style.
dunno about a pie case though
