Anyone booked on the Cheshire Cat?. Any tips or advice most welcome.

    I did it last year, 3 key points.

    Get there in good time, last year the queuing was a b1tch hoping they listened to the riders from 2011.

    As for Mow Cop - unless you are a great climber - then take it easy once you cross the railway line, let people stream past you, keep your legs for the final climb (the total climb is a mile all but the last 200m are gradual). When you approach the 25% bit look for a clear run as many people stop and topple over, and then go for it - it isnt that long but it bloody stings.

    If you are going for a time - The first feed stop comes quite early so grab something and go (you have to go into the stops or the timing doesn't work properly) as it gets congested have a decent breather at the second one.
