Front wheel not aligned with rest of the bike.

I recently bought a cannondale caad8 online and it arrived semi built, I just needed to install a few things. Although the front wheel is not aligned with the rest of the bike i.e it's off to the left so to go straight you would have to steer right. I've changed wheels to see if was those but it just does the same. So what is it that I need to adjust or what have I done wrong? Thanks a lot.

    Is the stem pointing straight?

    I never thought of adjusting the stem because the bike arrived with the stem adjusted, it was just a bit of a homer Simpson moment.. Thanks a lot.
