correct spoke tension for Roval Control 29 rim?

Hello all,
How do I discover or calculate the correct spoke tension for a rim - the one in question is a roval control 29 off of a Specialized epic 29 2012. The spokes are tripple butted DT Swiss Super Comp, 2.0/1.65/1.8 stainless.
The park tools tm-1 tension meter conversion table does not site doesn't suggest a tension for 1.65, just has values for 2.0, 1.8, 1.7, 1.6.
I have read that rims have varied tension requirements so I assume the tension required is not just the values in the tm-1 guide but a combination of rim tension spec/spoke tension spec
Any help much appreciated, thanks

I've never heard of spoke tension measurements before, and I've built loads of wheels ....0

Correct tension - many wheel builders use different tensions yet still build good wheels. A good wheel has even tension. There isn't relly a correct tension as such, but I'd contact Specialized for their comments.0
