First time on full suspension

Hi Guys and Gals,
Just taken delivery of a Canyon Nerve AM. This is the first serious full suspension bike i've owned.
After realising the manual that came with the forks and shocks are pretty useless I've gone google hunting to look for advice on suspension setup, I've found lots on information on how to set sag, but not much on what the levels should be.
So, what do you guys recommend for sag levels? I know its riders preference but whats a good starting point?
As a side note, my Fox Talas Fork seems to have a lot of initial stiction and makes setting the sag quite tricky, the fork is brand new so i'm hoping it just needs bedding in?
Apologies for what is probably a common question!
Thanks for your time, Rich.

Check the vids here explaining some basics

Use this page on how to tune YOUR specific fork

On the right hand scroll down to product selector then select your fork.
This will also help as the table is quite good.

Had the exact same problem regarding the sticky forks. I posted here the other day and was told it is normal and it just needs to bed in.0
