Need an alternative to Alfine chainset?

My friend has bought an Orbea Carpe hub geared bikes, he's 6ft 4 and it only has a 170mm crank arm and Shimano only does this in a 170, could anyone suggest a suitable alternative single speedspeed chainset which comes with a 175mm crank arm length.
