Carbon Post Stuck

Found that my Carbon post is stuck solid in my carbon frame :(
any held or advice will be welcome :) Thankyou

    Remove the clamp. And then have. Go at rotating it. As it rotates lift it a very small amount. Keep going.

    Thanks for the reply, tried that and more but afraid of breaking the frame:(

    Then take to someone and pay them money or cut the post out.

    You could try pushing it in o see if that releases it but it may also make it worse. Carbon can clamp onto itself a bit like a Chinese finger lock.
