Brakes identification

Hi,
I've looked at this so long now I'm just confusing myself.
Can someone please ID these for me? I'm hunting for some new levers and and want to make sure I get the correct ones.
I think they're M4s with post 2007 mini levers.

Apart from the Calliper colour (yours silver, his black) they look just like the M4's (labelled as such) that came off the daughters BF's bike.

I thought they were M4s but the levers threw me a bit as I started to look at some manuals and the they show the old style lever.

They look the same as mine apart from the lever as you say.
