Just thought I'd share this to get some feedback and thoughts from you all

Brought this incomplete just before Christmas as it seemed like a good opportunity to build up a AM bike. It was advertised on here as incomplete and clearly needed some tlc. I knew I had a few spares laying around but for the most I would have to start hunting down parts needed to bring it back to full glory

To be fair there's still a little to do before I'm entirely satisfied. A Fox front fork of some description 140mm travel and shorter stem. But with an upcoming house move to pay for it'll have to wait a few weeks

Looks a nice bike, I'd go with a rock shox rev up front and maybe a shorter stem.

Those frames are designed for 160mm travel ish, you should get some lyriks or something, and yeah a shorter stem would be better! lol

Why the massive ring on the XT chainset? was it cheaper or something?

It's just a standard 22/32/42 but I have considered replacing the top ring with a bash
