Heli Coiling Fox Fork Lowers? Brake mount thread is mashed

I have a set of Fox Float 32 140 RL with 15mm axle - post mount 2009
The thread is mashed in one on the bosses - Can this be heli-coiled?
I have mailed Mojo who say they wont/cant do it - Has anyone got experience of this of know of anywhere I can get this done? Or is it simply not possible and should I just go for new lowers at £132.00
Thanks

talk to your local engineers shop.
but I dont think there is enough material to allow it/keep its strength. Hence why Mojo would not do it."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I had the same problem, I helicoiled it myself and it's been fine for the few months since I did it.
I have a adapter for a 200mm rotor so when I change brakes I don't have to keep undoing the bolt that's in the helicoil.
I can see why Mojo would refuse as once you've drilled out the old thread the sides of the mount are pretty thin and when you tap the thread it feels like you're doing it in polystyrene! But surely there's no harm in trying if the alternative is buying new lowersYT Wicked 160 ltd

Shitty post mount eh?
IS would've been less than a tenner.
Moral of the story - if you've got post mount go easy on the bolts.0 -
Except when your brakes disintegrate going down a steep hill.I don't do smileys.
