Looks like a decent event, and heard good things from peeps about it - so, is anyone here planning on doing it this year?

it's earlier in the year and it's cheaper to enter... it's also pretty tough by all standards, with 21 climbs totalling 2600 mt of climbing... bit of a local Liege-Bastogne-Liege

Dave - I did the Chiltern 100 a couple of years ago and plan to do it again this year. It's a real sufferfest but perversely enjoyable. Was well run with a good atmosphere. Can book a ticket from 20th Jan.

Might well do this, shame they have moved it back into May as early June would of been great for me (trying to distance form the dragon maybe?)

I did it last year and can recommend it. An excellent route which doesn't seek out every steep, rough lane in the area, good signage, helpful marshals at important places and a sensible entry fee which all goes to charity. It starts in Aylesbury on 25 March 2012.
