Thanks!
I've ordered a shorter stem, and i think i might cut down the steerer tube, but apart from that I won't change anything. For now.Hardcore hardtail:

Very nice. Almost makes me want to get another mid/long travel HT.0

Really nice! A few bfe's popping up recently, I've had my blue bfe since before Xmas but after a hefty vet bill and a leaky roof my build has ground to a stop! You're making me jealous!0

New stem-superstar zenith 50mm:
(Sorry, it won't rotate :? )
Thinking about getting new bars, the superstar flatland 780mm wide, 15mm rise, £35. Should I?
I've got FSA Gravity 680mm wide, 2mm rise bars at the moment.Hardcore hardtail:

looking good!
if the bars are too wide you can always cut them down. good price as well0 -
I've just finished stripping down, cleaning, greasing, rebuilding and setting up my Cotic, should be working better than new for a local ride tomorrow! It looks like new!
A few weeks I went for a ride over hydons ball and hascombe hill, here's my Cotic in DH mode (longer forks/lower seat):
And XC mode (shorter forks/higher seat):

Nice Build!0

Cheers!
I'm going to take off the bash ring and put my old superstar XCR single ring chainguide on it, as on a ride today the chain kept falling off on trails which weren't even that rough, so at Rogate DH tomorrow, i'll really need the chainguide.Hardcore hardtail:

Me, throwing out a whip on the Rogate dual line, photo by James Knatt.
I had to put my old deore single ring chainset on, as I couldn't get the bashguard off my SLX chainset, so that it would fit with the chainguide.
I'm thinking of putting the small ring back on the slx, and using my old Shimano C050 front derailleur and X5 shifter, so I'd have a 2 x 9 set up, and wouldn't need a chainguide any way. Or, I could take off the bash guard and have a lighter bike and a 1 x 9 set up. Decisions, decisions.Hardcore hardtail:
