    Jake brought one just before Christmas as his new commuting bike ready for his new posting. Always thought he was an old fart...he's just proven it now :lol:

    Well I bought my Dawes Horizon (probably equivalent to the current Galaxy as then there was only the Galaxy and Super Galaxy and the Horizon was the next model down) as a graduation present to myself over 20 years ago. Rode it to work today :)

    Well the Galaxy has arrived - just awaiting the upgraded wheels from Spa and then the world is my mollusc :)

    I really like the look of that. Can I recommend you immediately upgrade the brake blocks to something like Kool Stops to reduce the rim wear?
