Mountain or road, makes no difference. I received my CANYON NERVE X9 just before Xmas but forgot to include a spare rear mech hanger. Now normally this wouldnt be no big deal, just fleamail them with an order and have it sent to good old blighty. Problem is they want nearly eleven quid for postage which is almost as much as the cost of the hanger. So if someone is going to buy a CANYON bike would they please include an NERVE X9 rear mech hanger. I will gladly pay up front. I will even send you a prepaid envelope. Many thanks in anticipation.

Had a look on Ebay or BETD? Lots of people selling hangers - you just need to know the model/code.

Hadn't tried BETD but will now, thanks.

I forgot to mention that I will include 'a drink' for whoever gets a mech hanger for me. Cheers.

Have you called Cullen in the UK? He may well have a hanger in stock and could then post it from the UK for far less.

Order a few, flog them on ebay for £18 or so + free shipping (which is cheaper than everyone else is selling them for) and you could get yours free.

I broke 2 just by normal use, I've got one off ebay which is tooled CNC rather than cast and it looks stronger.

Not always a good thing as they are meant to be sacrificial - supposed to bend or break before your frame does.

I've broke 2 now through what I would call normal use, I emailed Cullen to see if I could order some through him to avoid more postage costs, as I had already ordered 2 before, and he sent me one FOC.

They seem much softer than on my previous bikes, as I have never broke one before.
