Ok, so I'm not talking monetary value, more the kit you couldn't live without. For me it would be my sealskins skull cap which is an absolute godsend in the winter months!

  • Not exactly a piece of kit.

It would be my Infinito. Specced it up with full chorus and Reynolds assaults.
Waited patiently for it to be built up. Unfortunately my Dad died before I got to collect it so I decided to get it stickered up with his name on it as a little tribute.
When I picked the bike up I did my 20 mile ride to work and knocked a whole minute off my time. Not managed to beat it since. The bike is now very valuable to me and will never be sold. Bit sentimental but you did ask.

His knee caps are the brakes.... explains the odd one or two dotted about city centres every so often as they pop out.

    Noodle, class act pal.

My most valuable "piece of kit" is my Yorkshire Grit... I wouldn't be half the rider without it!

:D Does it count if I wear them all at once? :D
And since when when does "most" have to mean "only one"? The foods I like the most include dark chocolate, Stilton and venison sausages - please don't make me choose just one!
