Is this an alternative to the Mavic Ksyrium SL wheel set?

They look similar, they both have wicked hubs and aero spokes. same weight. and according to the test they did its also very stiff and strong. the only difference is these wheels are almost half the price. so i was wondering if this is a good buy.
