Hi Guys, I am 23 year old and I am really wanting to get back in to biking, I use to always do cross country and downhill, but now I want to start again cause I have been out of the game for a while and think road biking will be more convenient for me then cross country. So I would like some suggestions to a road bike I could buy, to be honest with the money tight at the moment and waiting to sell my specialized I am hoping to spend around 500, could anyone give me a hand

Not sure where you are, but I spotted a number of lower priced bikes in Edinburgh Bikes this afternoon - check on their site.
No doubt many will follow with good advice. All the gear, but no idea...0 -
I picked up a Raleigh Avanti U6 pro today, 18 months old, 105 thoughout, carbon fork, carbon/alu frame fro less than £500......
I think its well worth having a look round the classifieds/ebay/gumtree for a deal.
Thats if you dont mind second hand bikes.Pain is a momentary lapse of character.0 -
