Hi.
I bought myself a Magicshine MJ-872 light which i have bar mounted but as this is more of a flood type light i want to buy a spot light to mount on my lid. Ive been looking everywhere ebay etc and shops for a spot but none of the listings specify whether it a spot or flood. Ive been seeing stories on forums about strapping this and that to your lid but would really like someone to give me an idea of a good spot to buy.
Thanks.

Do want a compact, torch like unit, or something similar to what you have with battery pack?0

Hiya.
Not too bothered really, im open to options. I've been looking at the Cree XM-L T6, dont know how good that is. I just want something that i can focus as a nice beam ahead of me. The magicshine is great for a small distance ahead and superb for either side but i need a bit more light in the distance.0 -
Try one of these:

The middle is very focused, yet still has a bit of spill. This is the beamshot at about 25 feet:

They are astonishing for the money, as good as branded lights that cost nearly 10 times as much!0
