what size frame? need quickish help please

I am finally going to order the bike today but I need some helo deciding on a frame size,
Im 5ft 10in tall with an inside leg of 30in,
I measured my leg from groin to floor so in reality my leg is only 28in

the cube LTD pro comes in 18 or 20 frame size,
I think the 18 would be best as my legs are quite short.

any thought on this please

I have just got off the phone to Tredz,
I had decided on the cube LTD pro but now Im torn as the guy from tredz feels the LTD race is better bike.
people on here have advise to go with the pro as the forks are better however Im now stuck.
I will need to make my choice in the next hour though.

Personally I would hunt out the 2011 team, for under 800 it would be a total steal.

Size wise there are no fast rules - the 16 may feel ok, the 18 a bit better, and the 20 fine (especially if you have long arms/torso). But the 18 would be the safest bet.

For an extra £100 you get the Fox fork (but the Reba is the better one IMHO), and XT hubs (these are very good at this money), but I'd still take the cheaper bike and upgrade the wheels later.

Very similar - uses the heavier, older XT hubs - but yes, I think I would chose the Team at that price.

+ 1 - you might find it cheaper too. Hargroves have the same model at £789, although only in a 16...

Winstanleys have it in 2011 style for 689 (not a typo) in 18! Get buying.

Guys I just want to thank you all for your input and help so far,
I just ordered the Team from winstanleys. the bike will be with me by tuesday.

and the best part is I havent needed to finance the bike.

Once again, Thank you for your patience, advice and putting up with me.
