Wheel advice, Marin Mill Valley hybrid

I have a Marin Mill Valley hybrid bike with Shimano WH-R500 wheels and a 9-speed block. I would like to buy a second set of wheels for off-road use, something a bit wider with nobbly tyres. If I but shimano will it be a straight swap that I can change back and forth with no need for adjustments (apart form the brakes maybe)? Can someone recommend something in-expensive that will do the job? I will be going out with my kids, not racing!

looks like a road bike by a quick google search so it would be a no, try the guys over in the road bike section, they may be able to recomend some cyclocross wheels?0
