10 Spd DynaSys much better than 9 spd shifting??

Hi,
I'm building up an On-One Whippet frame into a light weight rigid climber with rigid forks.
I'm trying to decide if I should stick to 9 speed (currently have lots of spares/current bike with this set up) and a pair of Stan's Crest Flow /hope SP wheelset with 9 speed cassette on etc, so would make life easier/more economical to stick with this (for wheel swaps etc). I currently don't use the granny ring, so it's basically 2x9 anyway.
....but as it's a new build, is it worth updating? - is 10 speed shifting significanly better? or is there little to compare to 'old' 9 speed?
...any advice appreciated

going off sram here..
i to was in your situation at the begining of last year got my new frame and had 90% of the parts off my old bike just needed new drive train.
i opted for sram x9 2x10
x9 10sp carbon mech
sram 10sp chain x9 10 speed shifters
xt front mech
race face turbine 2x10 with bashring.
shimano 10sp cassette i think it's a 12-36
to be honest i was not that impressed.. i am now in the process of changing the drive train on my hard tail and i decided i gonna stick with good old 9 sp prob run a 2x9..
imo there's not really any noticable difference....www.bearbackbiking.com
