got woken up last night by a super nasty bad cramp in my left leg - it felt like it started from the inside of my quad running down to my knee
fecking hurt!
I had to tense my leg an kinda shift to the left to make it stop, it took over 30 mins though. I don't think I've ever had one there, they always seem to be in my hamstring.....
now this morning I feel like I have pulled a muscle
is it true its a lack of salt that causes cramps?

more likely that you need to stretch after exercise.Sometimes parts break. Sometimes you crash. Sometimes it’s your fault.0

Hydration and electrolytes - I get cramp if I don't get both after hard exercise (I run hot and sweat a lot). I find stretching does nothing for cramp but helps retain flexibility. I use the "Zero" tabs though there are probably cheaper ways of taking on the electrolytes in fluidsROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0

likely last nights hard ride home with added wind caused higher leg usage...Le Cannon [98 Cannondale M400] [FCN: 8]
