Evening all.
I ve got to go and have an argument with Vodaphone (Holland) about my phone which stopped working over the Xmas break (screen is not working, everything else appears to be working underneath though...? I think it must have got wet in my pocket somehow despite being in a zip loc bag and a "tuff" cover) Anyone got any tips, things I should emphasise/not emphasise etc?
Regards!

I had the same fault with an HTC Wildfire last summer, although mine had not got wet. T-mobile simply repaired it, no fuss, fitted a brand new screen to the phone. It did take them 3 weeks though.
They were really nice to me. But I did go into the shop with no hair, wearing a hospital bracelet and I still had the cannula in the back of my hand - I was in the middle of a 5 day chemo sessionSummer - Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 9.0 Team
