How bad is the hammersmith gyratory,bridge and surrounding area at the moment eith regards to the shut gluover during to morning rush hour?

I've got the day off tomorrow and was thinking about an early ride to RP

    Yesterday it was actually really clear the way I went through. You should be fine, if it's gridlock, your on a bike!
  • 07.30 yesterday and today was not too bad, you have to a bit more filtering but it hardly slowed me up at all.

    At approx 18.00 last night I couldn't notice any difference to a normal day.

  • The traffic round Hammersmith seems to be getting worse each day. The community cops were directing the traffic at each set of lights last night.

    I have also heard a rumour that TFL think the flyover is irreparable and may have to be pulled down and rebuilt from scratch...

    Yes, depsite what I said last week, this week has been horrible, notably through Chiswick. WTF does it take to stop some f**kwits from driving, it must take a good hour to navigate Chiswick high street > Hammersmith roundabout!
